How Much Does a Keto Meal Plan Cost in the Philippines?

An honest look at what you'll actually pay for keto meal delivery in Metro Manila — per week, per meal, and what makes the price go up or down.

By Meals by Lily · Keto meal delivery, Metro Manila

If you're thinking about trying a keto meal plan, the first question is almost always the same: magkano ba? It's a fair question — and the honest answer is "it depends," because a few things move the price. So let's break down what you can realistically expect to pay, and just as importantly, how to tell whether a plan is actually worth it.

The short answer

Keto meal plans in Metro Manila — three meals a day, delivered — generally range from around ₱2,000 to ₱4,500+ per week, depending on the provider, the ingredients, and the portion sizes. Budget plans sit at the lower end; plans using premium proteins and more variety sit higher.

For a concrete example, here are our own Meals by Lily weekly rates (3 meals a day):

Plan5 days (Mon–Fri)6 days (Mon–Sat)
Keto Basic
red meat, chicken, seafood & veggies
₱2,550₱3,150
Pollo Pesce
chicken, seafood & veggies (no red meat)
₱2,950₱3,550

Broken down per meal

Divide those weekly rates by the number of meals (3 a day) and you get a clearer picture:

from ~₱170 per meal
for a cooked, portioned, macro-balanced keto meal — delivered to your door

That's an average across the day — breakfast is usually a lighter, smaller serving, with heartier lunch and dinner sets to balance it out. Even so, it's genuinely competitive with a fast-food value meal (₱150–₱300 once you add sides and delivery) — except a meal plan is calorie-controlled, keto-friendly, and takes zero effort from you. We compared this in detail in Meal Prep vs. Fast Food vs. Meal Delivery.

What affects the price?

If you're comparing plans, these are the factors that make the number go up or down:

Don't forget delivery in your budget. A weekly rate is only part of the picture. If delivery is ₱70–₱120+ per day, that's roughly ₱350–₱720+ added over a 5–6 day week. Always ask for the all-in figure to your specific address before you compare plans.

Why the cheapest plan isn't always the best value

It's tempting to just pick the lowest price — but with food, cheap usually comes from cutting a corner somewhere. Before you decide on price alone, look at what you're actually getting:

📋 5 questions to ask before subscribing to any keto plan

  • What's the all-in weekly cost, including delivery to my address?
  • Are the meals actually measured for calories and carbs?
  • Does the menu change, or is it the same dishes every week?
  • Can you adjust for allergies or medical conditions?
  • What are the kitchen's food-safety practices?

So, is it worth it?

For most people, yes — because you're not only paying for food. You're paying to skip the planning, shopping, and cooking, and to know that every meal is genuinely good for you. When a plan costs about the same as buying fast food anyway — but delivers the opposite result for your health and your time — the value speaks for itself.
